Chuck LeCraw is an Atlanta native whose career spans architecture, construction, real estate development, home inspections, and real estate brokerage. He graduated from The Westminster Schools in Atlanta before earning a degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia and later completed construction management studies at Georgia Tech.
Chuck began his professional career with Holder Construction and Cates Development before launching his own company. He went on to specialize in the construction of luxury custom homes and the development of high-end residential communities. His notable projects include Brookhaven Place in Brookhaven and Ardemore Townhomes in Buckhead. He also served as Executive Director of the Summerhill Redevelopment Project in preparation for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
Building on his experience in construction and real estate, Chuck founded The Cornerstone Inspection Group, a company providing residential and commercial property inspections for buyers, sellers, and lending institutions. Under his leadership, Cornerstone became one of the region’s most respected inspection firms, performing more than 2,000 home inspections annually before its sale in 2017.
Today, Chuck is a realtor with Big Canoe Real Estate Company, where he helps clients navigate the unique lifestyle and real estate opportunities within the Big Canoe community. He and his wife reside in Big Canoe, Georgia, and are proud parents of four children and grandparents to six grandchildren. In his free time, Chuck enjoys playing tennis, golfing, and exploring the outdoors.
